With extensive clinical expertise in pain medicine, physical medicine, and injury assessment, we deliver objective, evidence-based opinions that stand up to scrutiny in both clinical and legal settings.
Our Independent Medical Evaluations offer a clear, impartial assessment of an individual’s medical condition, functional limitations, treatment progress, and prognosis. We carefully review all available records, conduct a thorough examination, and provide detailed reports that support fair and accurate decisions for insurers, employers, and legal professionals.
We provide expert peer reviews to evaluate the appropriateness, necessity, and quality of treatment delivered by other providers. These reviews are based on current clinical guidelines and evidence-based medicine. Our Medical Record Reviews include comprehensive documentation analysis, helping clarify diagnostic accuracy, treatment compliance, and future care needs.
As a board-certified pain management specialist, our physician offers authoritative expert opinion and testimony for depositions, hearings, and court proceedings. We present findings clearly and objectively, ensuring all conclusions are grounded in medical science and supported by thorough evaluation. Expert testimony or legal case participation is offered only at the discretion of the physician, based on the specifics of the case and availability
We perform unbiased evaluations to determine functional capacity, work restrictions, and long-term disability status. Our reports address: objective findings, functional impairment, ability to return to work, and appropriateness of ongoing disability benefits. These assessments provide insurers and employers with reliable information needed for accurate benefit determination.
Our Workers’ Compensation evaluations include injury causation reviews, treatment assessment, return-to-work readiness, and impairment rating determination. We work with employers, case managers, and attorneys to provide timely, detailed reports that meet Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation guidelines.
We conduct Job Analysis Reviews to evaluate an individual’s ability to meet specific job-related physical demands. This includes reviewing job descriptions, workplace requirements, and ergonomic considerations to help determine safe return-to-work plans or necessary accommodations.
Using established AMA Guides and Pennsylvania standards, we determine accurate impairment ratings following injury or illness. Causation Reviews assess whether the individual’s condition is directly related to a specific incident, workplace exposure, or pre-existing condition—providing clarity for insurers, employers, and legal teams.
