The same doctors handle pain management in Quakertown and in Chalfont. So patients here see the same team in either office. Each one trained in pain medicine. Each one starts with the least invasive plan that fits.
Co-founded the practice and serves as President. He treats back pain, sports injuries, and nerve pain. His training includes Harvard Medical School and a pain fellowship at Cooper University. Today he also teaches at Temple’s Lewis Katz School of Medicine.
Co-founded the practice in 2013. Ivy League trained, he built it around care that avoids surgery where possible.
Board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R). In short, he treats joint, nerve, and spine pain with small, image-guided steps.
Trained at Thomas Jefferson, then at Rothman Orthopedic Institute. He belongs to the Spine Intervention Society. Additionally, he focuses on spine and joint injections.
Together, they handle exams, follow-up visits, and day to day care plans.
This includes worn discs, facet joint pain, and pain that stays after spine surgery.
For example, worn neck joints often send pain into the shoulder blade.
In most cases, a pinched nerve root sends pain or numbness down one leg.
Burning or sharp foot pain often points to nerve damage, not a joint problem.
Also, knee, hip, and shoulder pain can limit walking, lifting, and sleep.
Over time, a narrow spinal canal brings leg pain that grows worse with walking.
We see patients on Tuesday and Wednesday, from 8:00am to 6:00pm. But our Chalfont office is open Monday through Thursday. So patients who need an earlier slot can often be seen there.
Rules vary by plan. In most cases, you can book with us direct. Still, some plans ask for a referral first. Our front desk checks this before your visit.
Exams, follow-ups, and many image-guided injections happen here. We book certain advanced steps at whichever office has the right room and gear free. Our team confirms the site when you call.
We take most major plans. These include Independence Blue Cross, Aetna, Highmark, United Healthcare, Medicare, Tricare, UMR, and Workers Comp. For questions, see our new patient resources or call the office.
In most cases, new patients get a slot within one to two weeks. Also, ask about same-week openings when you call.
Research insight: Evidence shapes how our team ranks each step of pain management in Quakertown. For example, 24-month results for a small spine implant used in stenosis show gains in pain, function, and daily activity (Baranidharan et al., 2024). Likewise, a trial of disc allograft therapy reports better pain and function scores than control care (Beall et al., 2021). So our team can tell patients what the research shows, rather than lean on broad claims.
Our goal is not simply to manage pain. Indeed, we work to identify the source of each patient’s symptoms and apply the most appropriate, evidence-based approach available. Specifically, patients benefit from:
